Welcome

Welcome to the CBSC Media Awards nominations 2012. We would like YOUR input into the awards so we have put together a selection of what we consider to be the best of the work completed this year in GCSE and A-Level Media Studies classes.

The different categories are shown on the right hand side. Simply click on the category, look through the nominations and then as a tutor group, decide on your favourite one in each category. Mark your nominations on the nomination form sent round to your tutor group OR email me with your nominations in each category.

You could decide to look at a different category each morning that you have tutor time, OR you could do it all at once in extended tutor time. Some of the pieces of work are posters and some are videos so allow plenty of time to look at each!

We look forward to receiving your nominations!

PLEASE NOTE: All the film sequences below have a "horror / thriller" theme. However they are suitable for younger audiences and do not contain any graphic scenes, bad language etc.

Film Opening 1 = "Stranger" by Nathan Radley and Manoraj Sivantharajah

Film Opening 2 = "Malignant" by Tommy Bowdery, Luke Dixon, Hannah Woods and Michael Kirby
